1. Basic Information

Rosablanka Marketing Autopilot is an internal automation tool used exclusively by Rosablanka (Business ID: 136779648888166) to manage its own Facebook advertising campaigns.

2. Application Nature

• Type: Desktop application (Windows)
• Usage: Internal use only (single-user)
• Location: Runs locally on the business owner's computer
• Purpose: Automation of ad campaign creation for our own business

3. What Data Is Processed?

The application processes the following data exclusively locally on the user's computer:

• Product video files (jewelry) prepared by Rosablanka
• Ad campaign metadata (budget, targeting, schedule)
• Facebook Ads campaign identifiers returned by Facebook Marketing API

4. Where Is Data Stored?

• Local SQLite database on the user's computer.
• Data is NOT transmitted to any external servers (except Facebook API)
• Video files are sent directly to Facebook through Facebook Marketing API

5. What External APIs Are Used?

The application connects to the following services solely for content analysis and campaign creation:

• Facebook Marketing API - creating ad campaigns (required for functionality)
• Google Gemini API - visual video analysis (optional)
• Anthropic Claude API - generating ad copy (optional)
• OpenAI Whisper API - audio transcription (optional)

Important: These APIs process only marketing content (product videos), NOT personal data of end users.

6. Do We Collect Facebook User Data?

NO. The application:

• Does NOT collect Facebook users' personal data
• Does NOT track user behavior
• Does NOT store data from Facebook profiles
• Only CREATES ad campaigns (sends data TO Facebook)

7. Data Security

• API keys stored in .env file (not shared)
• Application operates offline, without external access
• Database secured at operating system level

8. User Rights (GDPR)

Since the application processes only Rosablanka's business data (not third-party personal data), standard GDPR rights do not apply. Business data can be:

• Viewed - full access to local database
• Modified - editing records in the database
• Deleted - deleting the SQLite database file

9. Data Deletion

To delete all application data:

1. Delete the application folder
2. Delete the Facebook app from Developer Console (optional)
3. Revoke access tokens in Facebook Business Manager (optional)

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated as the application evolves. The last update date is always visible at the top of this document.
